Now this is German. The weissbeer was Hacker-Pschorr. The breadbasket included pumpernickel (of course) and salty and soft pretzel rolls. Pretzel rolls! They’re like the socially acceptably Katie’s Soft Pretzels. Or Katie’s Laugenbrezelas they might say. For desert I split an apple strudel. Not a good as Oma used to make, though. I asked if the title of the restaurant came from the wine or the flower. It’s the flower.
