Blue Marble

I ordered a single marble of chocolate with caramel and fleur de sel. Much better than the cultured yogurt and strawberry shake I got the last time we went! There was a small child who kept trying to push his way past me in line to look at the various flavors. I knew this was his intention because he verbalized it over and over again. I suppose the fact that this information is duplicated on the labels and a giant sign was insufficient to him. His mother pretended to care about his public intrusions, though clearly she had taken him for a sugar overload and subsequent passing outs. He kept touching my bag, even when I tried to use it to push him farther away. I couldn’t take it – I made J switch with me.
